Brunswick River Cottages
Residential Property Management
'Brunswick CRC was appointed as the Residential Manager of Brunswick River Cottages in 2017.
Fulfilling the role of managing the properties on a daily basis including, organisation of routine maintenance schedules, property inspections, administration and book-keeping duties, as well as acting as the key point of contact for tradespeople and residents.
Brunswick's retirement village has expanded over the years to provide accommodation from 8 to 19 units. Its long-term goals are to extend to a further 22 dependent on finance and local government backing.
