Brunswick River Cottages offer the perfect home for anyone wishing to downsize while remaining local, for returning residents to enjoy their twilight years, and for those who wish to enjoy the quiet and tranquillity of the wide open spaces of the country. Inside your cottage you will have an intelligently designed, energy efficient, light-filled space with all the privacy and security you need. Downsizing shouldn't mean compromising on space, quality and style.

We offer two styles of independent living accommodation – Rental and Lease for Life Units. The complex currently has eight rental units. Construction of a further eight units together with three Lease for Life units have commenced.

The rental units are modern and well-appointed with age-friendly design features that combine safety and comfort.

Lease for Life units boast a modern open plan layout  with three bedrooms and two bathrooms featuring a spacious country living alfresco made available to residents wishing to make permanent accommodation arrangements on a self-funded basis.

 

Our cottages are offered as a unique accommodation model which means you can down-size but remain in a country town and access the wide variety of facilities and activities in the wider community. As a community-centred, not for profit organisation, we are committed to providing quality housing for our residents.
